CMB approves IPOs for 2 companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Pasifik Donanım ve Yazılım Bilgi Teknolojileri AŞ and Bor Şeker AŞ.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the IPOs of 2 companies.
According to the CMB bulletin, the Board approved the IPO applications for Pasifik Donanım and Yazılım Bilgi Teknolojileri AŞ at 35 Turkish Lira and for Bor Şeker AŞ at 26.54 Turkish Lira.
Companies granted permission for debt instrument issuance applications include İstanbul Varlık Yönetim AŞ with 500 million Turkish Lira, Akdeniz Faktoring AŞ with 264 million Turkish Lira, Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ with 8 billion Turkish Lira, Mercedes Benz Kamyon Finansman AŞ with 1 billion 200 million Turkish Lira, and Tam Finans Faktoring AŞ with 760 million Turkish Lira.
The Board announced that it has decided to approve the request for the establishment of the Aktif Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Playgate Venture Capital Investment Fund and the approval of the issuance certificate regarding the issuance of participation shares.
The Board stated that it has responded positively to the requests for the establishment of the A1 Portföy Yönetimi AŞ First Real Estate Investment Fund and the A1 Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Second Real Estate Investment Fund.
The following was noted in the statement made by the CMB:
"It has been decided to approve the request of Colendi Menkul Değerler AŞ to engage in transaction brokerage, investment consultancy, and best-effort brokerage activities within the scope of equity-based derivative instruments, equity index-based derivative instruments, and other derivative instruments, in addition to its existing operating permits. Açı Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık AŞ has been included in the Board's list of institutions authorized to perform machinery and equipment valuations."
Administrative fines were imposed on Nurol Varlık Kiralama AŞ and Desa Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
It was decided to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 41 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
