CMB approves IPOs for 2 companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Mogan Enerji Yatırım Holding AŞ and Artemis Halı AŞ.

According to the CMB bulletin, the Board approved the IPO applications for Mogan Enerji Yatırım Holding AŞ at 11.33 Turkish liras per share and Artemis Halı AŞ at 25.35 Turkish liras per share.
The CMB also approved the bonus share issuance applications of Türkiye İş Bankası AŞ for 15 billion Turkish liras and Hidropar Hareket Kontrol Teknolojileri Merkezi Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 70 million Turkish liras. Furthermore, the Board accepted the debt instrument issuance applications of Deniz Faktoring AŞ for 8 billion Turkish liras, Garanti Filo Yönetim Hizmetleri AŞ for 6 billion 900 million Turkish liras, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 989 million Turkish liras, Bilkom Bilişim Hizmetleri AŞ for 1 billion 350 million Turkish liras, and Qua Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ for 200 million euros.
The Board also decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings to block access to 47 websites identified as offering leveraged trading services to residents in Turkey from abroad, and to file criminal complaints against 3 individuals, 1 website content provider, and the individuals who allowed their registered phone lines to be used by these parties.
