CMB approves IPOs for 2 companies: Prices announced

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has authorized the IPOs of İntetra Teknoloji at 53.60 TL and Bakırcı GYO at 12.93 TL; the bulletin also included capital increases.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced in its weekly bulletin that it has approved the initial public offering (IPO) applications of two companies. Accordingly, shares of İntetra Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri AŞ will be offered to the public at 53.60 liras, while shares of Bakırcı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ will be offered at 12.93 liras.

In addition to the IPO decisions, the Board also approved the bonus issue applications of two companies. A bonus issue of 561 million 198 thousand liras to be covered from internal resources for Lider Faktoring AŞ, and a bonus issue of 900 million liras, also to be covered from internal resources, for Bilici Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ were approved.

DEBT INSTRUMENT ISSUANCES AND MEASURES

Numerous debt instrument issuance applications were also finalized in the CMB bulletin. The issuance of debt instruments was authorized for Eker Süt Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 2 billion liras, Doğan Trend Otomotiv Ticaret Hizmet ve Teknoloji AŞ for 625 million liras, Mediazz Yeni Medya ve Teknoloji Yatırımları AŞ for 200 million liras, Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion liras, and QNB Bank AŞ for 60 billion liras.

The Board also approved the debt instrument issuance applications of İnallar Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 500 million liras, Anadolu Efes Biracılık ve Malt Sanayii AŞ for 1 billion dollars, Akbank TAŞ for 8 billion dollars, and Aktif Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 120 million euros.

The issuance of investment institution warrants and certificates with a nominal issuance ceiling of 1 billion liras by İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ was found appropriate, while the application by KT Sukuk Varlık Kiralama AŞ for the issuance of lease certificates based on a management agreement worth 1 billion 60 million liras was also received positively.

The bulletin also included decisions regarding fund establishments. The CMB approved the establishment of the “İsra Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Baysaş Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu” and the issuance document regarding its participation shares. The establishment of the “Tuna Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Para Piyasası Şemsiye Fonu” was also authorized.

The Board decided to impose a temporary trading ban for a period of 6 months on three individuals regarding transactions carried out in the Bayrak Ebt Taban Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ equity market. An administrative fine of 445 thousand 243 liras was imposed on Aksis Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim AŞ on the grounds that the independent audit contract was terminated without obtaining the Board's opinion.
