Criminal complaint filed by the CMB against 24 individuals

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to file a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against 24 individuals.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has published its weekly bulletin.

According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board has approved the rights issue capital increases of 402 million 942 thousand 765 thousand liras for Karel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and 1 billion 500 million liras for Halk Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ; the bonus issue capital increase of 117 million 500 thousand liras for EYG Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ; and the private placement capital increases of 150 million liras for Frigo-Pak Gıda Maddeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and 100 million liras for Merko Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.

The Board approved the debt instrument issuance applications of 110 million liras for Creditwest Faktoring AŞ, 120 million liras for Sümer Faktoring AŞ, 1 billion liras for Alnus Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, 1 billion liras for Inveo Yatırım Holding AŞ, 5 billion liras for Brisa Bridgestone Sabancı Lastik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, 1 billion 200 million liras for OYAK İnşaat AŞ, 168 million 475 thousand liras for Kent Finans Faktoring AŞ, 2 billion liras for Migros Ticaret AŞ, 3 million liras for Tat Gıda Sanayi AŞ, 10 billion liras for Tüpraş Türkiye Petrol Rafinerileri AŞ, 53 billion liras for Türkiye İş Bankası AŞ, 400 million dollars for Türk Ekonomi Bankası AŞ, and 20 million dollars for Aktif Yatırım Bankası AŞ.

The Board decided to impose administrative fines totaling 6 million 375 thousand 804 liras on 3 individuals and 3 legal entities, while also deciding to file a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against 24 individuals. The Board further ordered the necessary legal actions to be taken to block access to 143 websites.
