The Capital Markets Board (CMB) published its bulletin numbered 2023-81 on December 28, 2023.
According to the bulletin, a decision was made to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 46 websites.
The Capital Markets Board has decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 46 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for persons residing in Turkey.
