Approval from the CMB for one IPO and 6 capital increases

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) of DCT Trading Dış Ticaret AŞ.

According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the company's application for an IPO at a price of 14 liras.

CAPITAL INCREASE FROM 6 COMPANIES

Capital increases were approved for the following: a 21 million 255 thousand lira bonus issue for Rodrigo Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, a 3 billion 561 million 250 thousand lira issue for Aksa Akrilik, a 460 million lira issue for Naturelgaz, a 125 million lira issue for Yükselen Çelik AŞ, a 1.5 billion lira bonus issue for Reysaş GYO, and a 385.5 million lira rights issue for Consus Enerji İşletmeciliği ve Hizmetleri AŞ.

Debt instrument issuance applications were approved for the following: 500 million liras for Ral Yatırım Holding, 1 billion liras each for Q Yatırım Holding and Şeker Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, 305 million liras for Atılım Faktoring AŞ, 15 billion liras for Nurol Yatırım Bankası, 6 billion liras for QNB Finans Finansal Kiralama AŞ, 1.5 billion liras for A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, 925 million liras for Orfin Finansman AŞ, 750 million liras for Koç Fiat Kredi Finansman AŞ, 8 billion liras for İş GYO, 150 million liras for Invest AZ Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, and 200 million euros for Yapı ve Kredi Bankası.

The Board approved the applications for the issuance of lease certificates and asset-backed securities (VİDMK) by Değer Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 500 million liras, BNP Paribas Issuance BV for 750 million liras, and the Turkey Securitization Company Fibabanka Second Asset Finance Fund for 5 billion liras.

NEW OPERATING PERMITS

The CMB responded positively to requests for the establishment of the "Aktif Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Eighth Venture Capital Investment Fund" and the "Arz Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Fifteenth Venture Capital Investment Fund," as well as the approval of issuance documents for the offering of participation shares.

The application by Eliptik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for an operating permit to act as an intermediary for IPOs was approved.

ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS

Following an investigation, the CMB imposed administrative fines of 155 thousand 567 liras each on Avrupa Yatırım Holding and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ramazan Burak Telli.

As a result of an investigation into Astor Enerji AŞ and the members of the company's audit committee, a total administrative fine of 2 million 333 thousand 505 liras was imposed on Astor Enerji AŞ and two individuals. It was also decided to impose an administrative fine of 155 thousand 567 liras on one individual regarding transactions carried out in the Astor Enerji AŞ share market.

Following investigations into share markets, administrative fines were imposed as follows: 348 thousand 915 liras on 5 individuals regarding Kimteks Poliüretan Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ; 739 thousand 534 liras on 3 companies (Alnus Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Marbaş Menkul Değerler AŞ, and Trive Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ); and 3 million 882 thousand liras on two individuals regarding transactions in the QUA Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ share market.

In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law, it was decided to take legal action to block access to 26 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad for residents in Turkey.
