The Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of 3 new companies on November 10.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the IPOs of Agrotech Yüksek Teknoloji ve Yatırım AŞ, Ekos Teknoloji ve Elektrik AŞ, and 1000 Yatırımlar Holding AŞ.

Agrotech will be offered at 5.21 liras, Ekos Teknoloji at 12.77 liras, and 1000 Yatırımlar Holding at 125 liras.

When is the IPO date for EKOS?

EKOS Electric will be offered to the public on November 15-16 using the "Sale on the Stock Exchange" method under the ticker symbol EKOS.

The IPO process will be managed by Deniz Yatırım. Stock Market It will be traded on the Istanbul Primary Market.

With the initial public offering to be conducted at a fixed price of 12.77 TL per share, 60 million TL in nominal value shares will be offered to the public due to the increase of the company's issued capital from 220 million TL to 280 million TL.

When is the 1000 Yatırımlar Holding IPO date?

Demand for 1000 Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş. will be collected on November 14-15, 2023.

In the IPO to be carried out by A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., the company's issued capital will increase from 40 million TL to 47 million TL. Shares belonging to existing partners totaling 2.5 million TL will also be included in the IPO, and a total of 9,500,000 Group B shares will be offered to the public.

When are the demand collection dates for Agrotech?

The demand collection process for the Agrotech IPO will be conducted through a consortium consisting of 39 brokerage firms led by Alnus Yatırım. Demand collection at a fixed price of 5.21 TL per share will begin on November 15 and end on Friday, November 17.

The size of the IPO, which consists of 300 million TL in nominal value shares—comprising 200 million TL in nominal value shares from capital increase and 100 million TL in nominal value shares from the sale of existing shares—will be 1 billion 563 million TL.
