Competition Authority approves several acquisition transactions
The Competition Authority has finalized its decisions on several acquisition applications.

According to announcements on the Competition Authority's website, the Board has authorized the acquisition of shares in BluTV İletişim ve Dijital Yayın Hizmetleri AŞ by Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc., ultimately through Discovery Medya Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.
The acquisition of joint control over BCPE Ulysses Intermediate, Inc. and its subsidiaries, which are controlled by Bain Capital Investors L.L.C., by Platinum Equity Group through PE Vulcan BP Holdings, L.P. has been approved.
The acquisition of the participation share and related assets belonging to BP Petrolleri AŞ by THY Opet Havacılık Yakıtları AŞ, through the exercise of a right of first refusal under the Joint Aviation Operations Agreement for Storage and Aircraft Refueling at Turkish Airports—which covers Antalya, Bodrum-Milas, and İzmir Adnan Menderes airports and was signed between Shell Company Of Türkiye Limited London Central Turkey Branch, THY Opet Havacılık Yakıtları AŞ, and BP Petrolleri AŞ—has been deemed appropriate.
