Competition Authority fines ABC Deterjan 4.6 million lira following settlement

The Competition Authority has imposed an administrative fine of 4 million 635 thousand 94 lira on ABC Deterjan Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ following a settlement.

In a statement issued by the Competition Authority, it was determined that ABC Deterjan violated the Law on the Protection of Competition by determining the resale prices of its buyers.

ABC Deterjan's settlement offer was accepted by the Board, and the investigation was concluded through settlement.

Within the scope of the settlement, ABC Deterjan acknowledged that it had determined the resale prices of its buyers and, in doing so, violated the Law on the Protection of Competition.

Due to the conclusion of the investigation through settlement, a 25% discount was applied to the fine, resulting in an administrative fine of 4 million 635 thousand 94 lira being imposed on ABC Deterjan.
