Competition investigation launched into 17 companies

The Competition Board has decided to launch an investigation into 17 enterprises operating in the construction chemicals market.

According to the announcement on the Competition Authority's website, the board has decided to initiate an investigation to determine whether the Law on the Protection of Competition has been violated by enterprises operating in the sector through actions such as reaching agreements on price increases and pricing strategies, exchanging competition-sensitive information, collusive tendering, entering into non-poaching and wage-fixing agreements, determining resale prices, restricting online sales, and/or imposing customer and regional limitations.

The enterprises subject to the investigation are listed as follows:
