According to the statement from the Competition Authority, it was determined that Dyson engaged in practices aimed at preventing parallel imports. Furthermore, it was noted that the company may have taken steps that constitute interference with resale conditions. Such practices are being examined carefully as they may negatively affect market competition and harm consumer rights.
