Corporate tax declaration and payment deadline extended

The Revenue Administration (GİB) has announced that it has extended the deadlines for filing declarations for the domestic minimum top-up corporate tax for the 2024 accounting period and for the payment of taxes associated with these declarations until January 15, 2026. These deadlines, which were originally scheduled to end on December 31, will now continue until Thursday, January 15, 2026, under the new regulation. This decision by the GİB provides taxpayers with additional time, allowing them to complete their declaration preparation and payment processes more comfortably.
