Countdown begins for increased pensions: Payments to be deposited early!

With the announcement of the June inflation data, the raise rates for retiree and civil servant salaries for the July 2025 period have been determined. The raise rate for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees was announced as 16.67 percent. For civil servants and civil servant retirees, salaries were readjusted by taking the collective bargaining agreement increase into account.

CIVIL SERVANT RAISED SALARIES ON JULY 15

Working civil servants will receive their increased salaries on July 15, as always. Additionally, the salary difference for the period between July 1 and July 14 will be reflected on the payroll and deposited into accounts in the coming days. The date for this payment will be announced by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

EARLY PAYMENT FOR CIVIL SERVANT RETIREES

For civil servant retirees who receive their salaries at the beginning of each month, the July raise was deposited early this year. Following the inflation rate announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) on July 3, civil servant retirees began receiving their increased salaries in the first week of the month.

SSK retirees will receive their salaries between July 17 and 26, depending on their allocation numbers. Bağ-Kur retirees will see their payments in their accounts between July 25 and 28. For these groups, the increased salaries will be deposited in the second half of July.

NEW RETIREE SALARIES AFTER THE JULY 2025 RAISE

With the 16.67 percent raise, retiree salaries have been updated as follows:

Retiree receiving 15,000 TL › 17,500 TL (2,500 TL increase)

Retiree receiving 16,000 TL › 18,667 TL (2,667 TL increase)

Retiree receiving 17,000 TL › 19,833 TL (2,833 TL increase)

Retiree receiving 18,000 TL › 21,000 TL (3,000 TL increase)

Retiree receiving 19,000 TL › 22,167 TL (3,167 TL increase)

Retiree receiving 20,000 TL › 23,334 TL (3,334 TL increase)

Retiree receiving 21,000 TL › 24,500 TL (3,500 TL increase)
