CRYPTO CURRENCY WARNING
Regarding cryptocurrencies, Acemoğlu stated, "I do not expect any good outcomes for American workers or consumers from the cryptocurrency markets."
In a post on his X account, Prof. Dr. Acemoğlu noted that Donald Trump's general agenda also carries significant risks, particularly due to his approach to artificial intelligence and Silicon Valley in general, as well as the potential impact on American institutions.
