Date set: Koroplast to distribute dividends

The Koroplast company published its decision regarding the dividend distribution date on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The decision recalled that it was decided at the general assembly on May 5 to pay a gross amount of 9 million 700 thousand Turkish Lira to shareholders.

The date for the distribution of the shares was decided at the company's general assembly meeting on October 26.
The statement noted the following: "In our announcement dated May 5, 2023, it was announced that it was decided at our company's general assembly meeting held on the same date to distribute a gross amount of 9,700,000.00 TL in cash to shareholders and to authorize the Board of Directors to determine the distribution date, taking into account the company's cash projections.
At the meeting of our company's Board of Directors dated 26.10.2023, the profit distribution date was set as 17.11.2023, and the profit distribution will be made in a single installment and in cash."
