New decisions have been made to support urban transformation projects to be carried out in Istanbul. Accordingly, rights holders will be granted up to 700 thousand liras in grants and up to 700 thousand liras in loans for one residence.

President and AKP Chairman Erdoğan signed the decision published in the Official Gazette, according to which rights holders will be provided with up to 700 thousand liras in grants and up to 700 thousand liras in loans for one residence.
LOAN SUPPORT DECISION
For workplaces, up to 350 thousand liras in grants and up to 350 thousand liras in loan support will be provided. The loans will have a 10-year maturity. No interest will be applied to the first 12 installments.
In addition to the grant to be provided for construction, a one-time, non-refundable evacuation support of 100 thousand liras will also be given to tenants.
