Delivery Hero SE: Yemeksepeti will continue its operations in Turkey at full speed

Delivery Hero SE had announced that it would close its technology hubs in Taiwan and Turkey and carry out layoffs at its headquarters in Berlin.

The company issued a statement regarding its operations in Turkey. The statement included the following remarks: “Delivery Hero has announced its decision to terminate the operations of its technology R&D centers in Taiwan and Turkey in line with its focus on increasing service quality and efficiency on a global scale across its platform and quick commerce business line, as well as its focus on sustainable growth. The decision is not related to Yemeksepeti operations or human resources and does not affect Yemeksepeti’s activities. As the pioneer of quick commerce in Turkey, Yemeksepeti continues its operations at full speed.”
