The attack carried out by the US on Iran's nuclear facilities over the weekend has increased concerns regarding global oil supply. Following this development, oil prices started the week with a sharp rise. While the barrel price of Brent crude rose by 2.49 percent on Monday to reach 78.93 dollars, US crude oil gained 2.56 percent in value, reaching 75.73 dollars.

PRICE VOLATILITY CONTINUES IN FUEL

These fluctuations in the oil market are directly reflected in fuel prices. Following the recent consecutive hikes, a price cut is now on the agenda.

According to information provided by industry sources, a reduction of 1 lira and 66 kuruş is expected in the liter price of diesel, effective from Tuesday, June 25.
