Direct contact between Turkey and Greece to be increased

According to information obtained from the Presidential Investment Office, efforts to increase Turkey's share of global investments are continuing at full speed.

While work is being carried out targeting many countries and regions of the world, from America to the Far East, developments regarding the investment environment in Turkey and the steps taken are being explained in these countries.

Within the scope of these efforts, a memorandum was signed between the Presidential Investment Office and Enterprise Greece during President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit to Greece.

With this memorandum, the two countries have initiated a new era of cooperation in the field of international direct investments. The memorandum also includes increasing mutual investments and enabling companies from both countries to cooperate in third countries.

DIRECT CONTACT TO BE INCREASED

Within the scope of the memorandum, cooperation will be developed in mutual investments in a way that will benefit both parties. Direct contact between the business circles of Turkey and Greece will be increased.

Investments that will provide mutual benefits will be encouraged, an environment conducive to investment will be created, and efforts in this regard will be accelerated.

Information will be exchanged regarding the conditions for carrying out investment activities by commercial entities, including activities such as joint ventures and mutual participation in investment projects. In addition, investors from both countries will be mutually informed about fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings aimed at economic development.
