Dollar/TL trading at 29.28

The dollar/TL, which moved with an upward trend on Friday, completed the day with a 0.2 percent increase at 29.2838.

The dollar/TL is trading at 29.2840 with a 0.2 percent premium as of 10:45 AM, following its start to the new week with gains. At the same time, the euro/TL is being sold at 32.2820 with a 0.1 percent increase, and the sterling/TL is being sold at 37.2340 with a 0.2 percent gain.

The dollar index, meanwhile, is currently at the 101.7 level, down 0.1 percent.

Analysts stated that because many markets in Europe are closed due to the Christmas holiday and the data agenda is light, a calm trend is being observed in the foreign exchange markets.

Noting that the 101 and 100 point levels stand out as support for the dollar index from a technical perspective, analysts recorded that 103 and 104 points are in the position of resistance.
