The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put the commercial and economic integrity of the Maydonoz Döner Group, which is currently under the management of trustees, up for sale. According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, the sale will be conducted through a tender process that will apply both sealed-bid and open-auction methods.

In the Fund's statement, it was reported that the goods, rights, assets, and contracts belonging to the companies Somca Gıda, Altı G Gıda, Sümer Entegre Et, Enerca Gıda, and Deta Ambalaj have been included in the scope of the sale. It was noted that the transaction will be carried out within the framework of the relevant laws and regulations.

SCOPE OF SALE DETERMINED

Within the scope of the tender, all assets related to meat and chicken operations allocated to the Maydonoz Döner and My Fried Chicken brands, which operate under a franchise system, have also been included in the commercial integrity. It was announced that the starting bid set for the aforementioned integrity is 2 billion 360 million TL.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS ANNOUNCED

Investors wishing to participate in the tender are required to provide a deposit of 236 million TL. It was stated that the deposit will be accepted in the form of cash, a definitive and indefinite letter of guarantee, or government bonds, treasury bills, and treasury-guaranteed bonds.

TENDER SCHEDULE FINALIZED

While the deadline for submitting bids was announced as March 31, 2026, at 16:00, the tender will be held on April 1, 2026, at 11:00 at the TMSF headquarters in Esentepe, Istanbul. After the opening of the sealed bids, a shortlist will be created, and the process will be completed with an open-auction phase.
