The January inflation expectations of the economists participating in the survey were announced with an average of 6.84 percent. These expectations from the economists range from a low of 5.50 percent to a high of 8.90 percent.
Based on the average of inflation expectations for January, annual inflation, which was 64.77 percent in the previous month, is projected to rise to 65.07 percent.
Additionally, the economists' year-end inflation expectation for 2024 was determined as 43.31 percent in January. In December, the Consumer Price Index had shown an increase of 2.93 percent.
