"EDEX 2023" fair in Egypt with the participation of Turkish firms
Sarsılmaz will participate in EDEX, the only defense and security event in Africa and the Middle East, which will be held in Egypt between December 4-7. At the fair, where more than 400 defense and security companies will participate, Sarsılmaz will introduce 85 new-generation pistol and rifle models produced with "domestic and national" resources.

Many companies will participate in the EDEX 2023 (Egypt Defence Expo) fair, which will be held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, on December 4-7, 2023.
At EDEX, which brings together the decision-makers of the global defense industry every 2 years, the latest technologies and products in the defense and security sectors will be exhibited.
Sarsılmaz, which has set its future goal as "growing in autonomous weapon systems," will take part in the fair, where more than 400 defense and security companies will participate, with a total of 85 different weapons, including 19 rifles, 5 of which are machine guns, over 60 pistol models, and other products. Sarsılmaz aims to increase its share in the world market by introducing the new-generation weapon systems it produces for security forces to the distinguished visitors of EDEX.
SPECIAL MODELS ON DISPLAY
Visitors will have the opportunity to examine the SAR 9X, SAR 9C, SAR 9SP, SAR 9 METE, SAR9 Gen2, and the SAR 9 SC and SAR 9 CX models, which make a difference with their small dimensions, belonging to Sarsılmaz's SAR 9 pistol family. Various versions of pistol models such as B6, P8, K2 45, K12, KILINÇ 2000, and SR 38, as well as military rifles such as SAR 15T, SAR 308 V2, SAR 109T, MPT 76 SH, and SAR56, and machine guns such as SAR 762 MT and SAR 127 MT are also being exhibited at the fair.
Sarsılmaz weapon systems, produced entirely with domestic design and engineering, especially the SAR9, are exported to more than 80 countries.

Visitors to EDEX, which has an International Military VIP Program, include military personnel, government officials, industry professionals, and international delegations. The sponsors of the event include Boeing, Huawei, the Egyptian Ministry of Defense, and the Egyptian Armed Forces.
