Erdoğan's statement on minimum wage and inflation

President Erdoğan made important statements regarding the economic agenda at the Muhtars Meeting at the Presidential Complex. Erdoğan said the following:

"With the new minimum wage, which has increased by 49 percent to 17 thousand 2 lira, we have once again remained loyal to our promise not to let employees be crushed by inflation. I hope the new minimum wage will be beneficial to employers, all our employees, their families, and our dear nation.

The figures indicate that the heat of inflation has begun to subside in recent months. The loss of momentum in inflation will be seen more clearly in the coming period.,

Erdoğan also said, "Our Central Bank reserves have broken a record by reaching 145 billion 456 million dollars, the highest figure in its history."
