The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved the historic capital increase application by Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ. As part of this new financial move, the yellow-navy club will increase its current capital from 250 million TL to 1 billion 250 million TL.

According to information in the SPK's weekly bulletin dated June 25, 2025, the increase will be carried out as a paid-in capital increase, and a "public offering" will be used as the sales method. All details regarding the public offering process are expected to be shared with the public in the coming days.

THE COMMUNITY IS CLOSELY FOLLOWING THE PROCESS

This development, which has been met with interest by the public, is expected to improve the club's financial balance and bring a new breath of life to the club's economy. Furthermore, it is stated that the capital increase will play a significant role in achieving Fenerbahçe's goal of exiting the restructuring agreement made with the Banks Association of Turkey (TBB).

Club officials agree that this step will strengthen Fenerbahçe's financial structure and pave the way for a more independent economic model. The effects of the public offering and the demand from investors will be closely monitored by the sports and business communities.
