The meeting took place at the Fenerbahçe Faruk Ilgaz Facilities in Kalamış. The meeting began with a moment of silence for Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, his comrades-in-arms, and the martyrs, followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
High Council President Uğur Dündar read the agenda and presented it to the members for a vote. After the names of the deceased and new members were announced, the meeting officially began. The debt status was also disclosed at the Council meeting, and it was stated that Fenerbahçe's total debt is 11 billion 466 million TL.
