First statement from Koç Holding regarding the sale of Yapı Kredi shares!

Koç Holding has announced that there are no developments regarding the sale of its shares in Yapı ve Kredi Bankası AŞ that would require a public disclosure, and that information outside of the statements made by the company should not be relied upon.

In a statement made by Koç Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that reports have appeared in the media claiming that negotiations regarding the sale of the company's shares in Yapı ve Kredi Bankası AŞ have reached the final stage.

The statement recalled that in an announcement made yesterday regarding these reports, it was stated: "While preliminary discussions on the matter are ongoing, it has been publicly disclosed that there is no development that would require a public announcement within the scope of the Capital Markets Board's II-15.1 Communiqué on Material Events."

The statement noted that following this announcement, different news reports and comments on the subject, as well as investor inquiries, have continued in the media, and included the following remarks:
