DIVIDEND DECISION FROM ALARKO HOLDING
After announcing its fourth-quarter 2024 financial results, Alarko Holding announced the dividend decision taken by the Board of Directors for 2025 via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
In the statement, it was noted that according to the financial statements for the period of 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024, which were prepared within the framework of Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and audited by BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., a 'Consolidated Net Period Profit Attributable to the Parent Company' of 1,757,270,090 TL was achieved.
The Board of Directors announced that it prepared its proposal for the distribution of this profit in line with Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations, the company's profit distribution policy, its articles of association, and investment policies, taking into account necessary funds and other cash requirements, and that it created the profit distribution table in accordance with the Dividend Communiqué No. II-19.1 and the Dividend Guide published.
WHEN WILL THE ALARKO HOLDING DIVIDEND BE DEPOSITED?
Alarko dividend payments will be made on April 17, 2025.
To benefit from the dividend, it will be sufficient to own the stock one day before the rights usage date, i.e., on April 16, 2025.
Payments will be transferred to brokerage accounts two business days after the rights usage date, i.e., on April 21, 2025.
HOW MUCH DIVIDEND WILL BE DISTRIBUTED PER SHARE?
Alarko Holding will pay a gross dividend of 2.60 TL and a net dividend of 2.2506537 TL per share to its investors from its 2024 profits.
