DETAILS OF THE REGULATIONS

With the regulation, a general reduction was applied to credit card interest rates. However, some rates were kept constant. Here are the details of the changes made:

Cards with a Periodic Debt Under 25 Thousand Lira:

For these cards, the contractual interest rate remains fixed, meaning it will continue to be applied at 3.5 percent.

Cash Advance and Overdraft Account (KMH) Interest Rate:

The interest rates for cash advances and overdraft accounts (KMH) have been reduced from 5 percent to 4.75 percent.

Individual Cards with Debt Between 25 Thousand and 150 Thousand Lira:

For these cards, the interest rate has been reduced from 4.25 percent to 4 percent.

Cards with Debt Over 150 Thousand Lira and Corporate Cards:

For cards in this group, the interest rate has been lowered from 4.75 percent to 4.50 percent.
