January 2026 updates for promotion agreements between banks and SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees in Turkey have been announced. Especially following the increases in pensions, the additional opportunities offered by banks are attracting attention.

With the increase in the lowest pension as of January, the promotion payment ranges of banks have also been affected. There is now fierce competition in promotion offers that include higher figures.
While some banks guarantee their payments with a three-year commitment, others continue to offer short-term additional rewards.
Those who wish to benefit from the promotion transfer their pensions to the bank of their choice and commit to staying with that bank for a certain period. In return, the bank provides a promotion payment that varies according to the retiree's pension amount, along with additional facilities.

BANK PROMOTION AMOUNTS IN THE NEW YEAR
The promotion amounts determined as of January 2026 vary from bank to bank and according to pension brackets. The current announced amounts are as follows:
İş Bankası: Those who bring their pension and provide an automatic bill payment instruction can earn a total of 1,000 TL in MaxiPuan.
VakıfBank: Offers up to 12,000 TL in cash promotion with a three-year commitment.
Ziraat Bankası: Also provides a promotion payment of up to 12,000 TL, which is the upper limit.
Yapı Kredi: The promotion, determined according to the pension bracket, reaches a total of 25,000 TL with additional rewards.
DenizBank: The upper limit for the promotion, which has a three-year commitment period, is 27,000 TL.
TEB: Payments of up to 21,000 TL can be made with a 36-month, or three-year, commitment.
Garanti BBVA: Retirees have the chance to receive a promotion of up to 25,000 TL in total if they apply in January 2026.
ING: The bank raises the limit to 28,000 TL with the promotion it determines based on the pension amount.
Akbank: Offers a 30,000 TL promotion opportunity with a three-year stay commitment.
QNB Finansbank: One of the highest offers, standing out with a promotion of up to 31,000 TL.
