The obligation to use points accumulated on loyalty cards by a certain date is a situation that forces the consumer and is unfair.
Most companies prefer to delete the points accumulated on cards if they have not been used as of December 31. In this sense, we recommend that consumers use the points on their credit cards or the loyalty cards they have received from companies during their upcoming shopping," he said.
