Good news for retirees from İmamoğlu: Market support payments are starting

Market support payments for retirees, one of the 2024 election promises of İBB Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, are beginning.

A total of 10,076 retirees identified as being in need will be provided with 10,000 TL in annual market support.

The 10,000 TL market support will be paid in 2 equal installments.

WHEN ARE THE İBB MARKET SUPPORT PAYMENTS?

İBB Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu announced the date for the retiree market support payment on the X platform.

Accordingly, the support payment for retirees will be made on Friday. İmamoğlu wrote, "Those who are not in the markets and bazaars cannot know the painful reality of the economic crisis. Retirees are in a tight spot and cannot make ends meet.

As the İBB, we are standing by our retirees. The market support payment for our 10,076 retirees will be made on Friday, and our budget of 100,760,000 TL will be transferred to retiree support."

Applications for the İBB Market Support for Retirees were accepted between October 30 and November 8, 2024.
