Highest pension promotion in March 2025: Which bank is offering how much?

As of March, pension bank promotion campaigns are being closely followed by millions of retirees.

Many banks have renewed their promotion amounts to attract customers.

At this point, eyes have turned to the promotion fees of Yapı Kredi, TEB, Garanti BBVA, Akbank, Ziraat Bankası, Vakıf Bank, İş Bankası, and other banks.

So, which bank is offering how much in pension promotions? Here are the current pension bank promotion amounts...

İŞBANKASI

For SGK retirees who transfer their pension to İş Bankası, a promotion payment will be made following their commitment to receive their pension through İş Bankası for a period of 3 years and the transfer of the pension subject to the promotion to their İş Bankası account.

The promotion amount is calculated based on the amount corresponding to 1 month of all pension payments mediated (after deducting any liens and alimony deductions) and is paid in advance for 3 years at the rates shown in the table.

Salary Bracket Promotion Amount

Those receiving a salary between 0 - 9,999 TL: 5,000 TL

Those receiving a salary between 10,000 TL - 14,999 TL: 8,000 TL

Those receiving a salary between 15,000 TL - 19,999 TL: 10,000 TL

Those receiving a salary of 20,000 TL and above: 12,000 TL

Within the framework of the agreement made with the Republic of Turkey Social Security Institution (SGK), it is valid for SGK retirees (Emekli Sandığı, SSK, and Bağ-Kur) who choose İş Bankası for their first pension payment or transfer their existing pension to İş Bankası between March 28, 2024, and March 31, 2025.

Promotion payments for those already receiving a pension are made within 3 business days from their application, and payments for those who will receive a new pension are made within 3 business days following the transfer of the pension subject to the promotion to their İş Bankası account.

In the event that the income/pension payment is terminated by the SGK for any reason within the commitment period, or if the income/pension is transferred to a different institution, the promotion amount paid will be reclaimed on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the remaining commitment period, without the need for İş Bankası to provide written notice.

Promotion applications of those who have an ongoing open follow-up process with İş Bankası will be evaluated separately after their relevant debts are fully collected.

DENİZBANK

In addition to a cash promotion of up to 12,000 TL, DenizBank offers an additional promotion of up to 8,000 TL based on the salary amount to retirees who open a new account and promise to receive their salary for 3 years, and who are owners of MobilDeniz, a Credit Card, an Automatic Bill Payment Instruction, and an Overdraft Account product. Pension Promotion Campaign Conditions

The campaign is valid between 04.10.2024 and 30.06.2025 for retirees who open a new account at DenizBank and promise to receive their salary for 3 years, and for existing retirees who are already receiving their pension from our Bank and whose 3-year commitment ends within the campaign period.

You can transfer your pension to our bank via MobilDeniz or e-Devlet without needing to come to our branches, and you can join the promotion application by calling our branches or our 0850 222 0 800 contact center and promising to receive your salary from our bank for 3 years.

Those who wish to benefit from additional product campaigns must apply for the products they wish to receive at the time of the campaign application.

For our retirees who promise to receive their salary for 3 years for the pension promotion;

5,000 TL will be paid to those receiving a salary between 0-9,999 TL

8,000 TL will be paid to those receiving a salary between 10,000 TL - 14,999 TL

10,000 TL will be paid to those receiving a salary between 15,000 TL - 19,999 TL

12,000 TL cash promotion payment will be made to those receiving a salary of 20,000 TL and above.

Pension cash promotion payment details

You can benefit from an unconditional cash pension promotion opportunity of up to 15,000 TL by starting to receive your pension from ING!

If your total monthly income/pension amount is,

Up to 10,000 TL (excluding 10,000 TL), you receive a 6,250 TL pension promotion,

Between 10,000 TL - 15,000 TL (excluding 15,000 TL), you receive a 10,000 TL pension promotion,

Between 15,000 TL - 20,000 TL (excluding 20,000 TL), you receive a 12,500 TL pension promotion,

20,000 TL and above, you receive a 15,000 TL cash pension promotion payment.

Our existing and new pension customers who commit to receiving their pension from our bank for 3 years and receive a cash promotion payment can benefit from the campaign.

There is no product condition to benefit from the promotion payment.

After signing the promotion commitment, without any additional conditions; a cash promotion of 6,250 TL is paid if the monthly net income is up to 10,000 TL, 10,000 TL if it is between 10,000 TL-15,000 TL, 12,500 TL if it is between 15,000 TL-20,000 TL, and 15,000 TL if it is above 20,000 TL.

The campaign is valid for customers who receive a cash promotion between March 1 and March 31, 2025. Customers who receive a promotion outside these dates cannot benefit from the campaign.

Cash promotion application procedures can be carried out via Cebimdeki Danışman, ING Telephone Banking, and ING Branches.

In case of receiving more than one pension from our bank, the promotion amount to be paid is calculated by taking into account the total of the salary amounts, and a single promotion payment is made.

The cash promotion payment is made in advance for 3 years, and the date the cash promotion is deposited into the account is taken as the start of the 3-year commitment period.

If the income/pension increases within the 3-year commitment period after the cash promotion payment is made, no additional promotion payment is made.

In case of a breach of the 3-year commitment, the promotion amount paid to you will be reclaimed on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the remaining period of the commitment.

It is not possible to benefit from more than one additional promotion campaign at the same time.

ING reserves the right to terminate the specified services or make changes to their conditions.

Our customers who have joined, benefited from, or requested other additional promotions of our bank after March 1, 2020, will have their existing campaigns/requests canceled and reclaimed on a pro-rata basis if they receive an unconditional cash promotion as of March 1, 2025, and will benefit from the cash promotion of up to 15,000 TL.

New retirees and those affected by the retirement age (EYT) can also benefit from the pension promotion like all SGK retirees.
