With the December inflation data, the new salaries, payments, and compensation figures for 2025 have been determined. Increases in items such as civil servant salaries, retiree pensions, the severance pay ceiling, old-age and disability pensions, and home care support have also been announced.

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the inflation data for December. Inflation rose by 1.06 percent in December. The 6-month inflation rate was 15.75 percent.
The salary increase rate for civil servants was calculated at 11.54 percent. Along with inflation, the severance pay ceiling, the fee for paid military service, old-age and disability pensions, and home care support have increased.
2025 SEVERANCE PAY CEILING
Along with the minimum wage, the base amount for severance pay had risen to 26,004 TL.
The severance pay ceiling is determined by the civil servant salary increase rate.
2024 (July-December) - 41,827 TL
2025 (January-June) - 46,658 TL
The final figure will be determined by the change in the civil servant monthly coefficient to be announced by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
