3-MONTH INFLATION DIFFERENCE
According to the data shared by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), inflation in March was announced at 2.46 percent monthly.
SGK and Bağ-Kur retirees have qualified for a 10.06 percent inflation difference for March 2025 based on inflation figures. The inflation difference that civil servants will receive was announced as 3.83 percent.
Since this increase will be reflected in the salaries in July 2025, it will be calculated cumulatively based on the monthly inflation rate announced each month.
HOW MUCH OF A RAISE WILL CIVIL SERVANTS AND CIVIL SERVANT RETIREES RECEIVE?
Civil servants and civil servant retirees receive an inflation difference in addition to the collective bargaining agreement raise. According to the collective bargaining agreement, civil servants and civil servant retirees will receive their second raise of 2025 in July.
As of the end of March, this figure has exceeded 3.83 percent. In line with these calculations, if the 5 percent addition from the 7th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement is added to the 3.83 percent inflation difference, a total cumulative raise of 9.03 percent will occur.
