Civil servants and retired civil servants, who received an 11.54 percent raise at the beginning of 2025, will update their salaries with a new increase in July.
In accordance with the decision of the Public Officials Arbitration Board, a 5 percent collective bargaining raise will be added to salaries in July.
On top of this, the portion of the inflation realized in the first 6 months that exceeds 6 percent will also be reflected in salaries as an inflation adjustment.
According to TURKSTAT data:
January inflation: 5.03 percent
February inflation: 2.27 percent
Total inflation for the first two months: 7.42 percent
Inflation adjustment calculated for now: 1.34 percent
Total raise rate including the collective bargaining raise: 6.41 percent
This rate may rise even higher depending on the inflation figures to be announced over the next 4 months.

WHEN WILL THE JULY 2025 RAISE RATE BE FINALIZED?
The exact raise rate for civil servant and retiree salaries will be announced by TURKSTAT on July 3, 2025.
The total raise rate will be finalized once the inflation data for March, April, May, and June are added.
2025 SALARY INCREASE AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS
After the salary raise for civil servants and retired civil servants in July is finalized, eyes will turn to the collective bargaining negotiations to be held in August 2025.
In these negotiations, the salary increases and social rights that civil servants and retirees will receive for the 2026-2027 period will be determined.
