The lowest pension for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees has been determined! Here are the increased salary calculations

The inflation adjustment eagerly awaited by SSK, Bağ-Kur, and civil servant retirees has been announced. Accordingly, a 15.75 percent raise was applied to SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees, and an 11.54 percent raise to civil servants and civil servant retirees. With the raise rates, the lowest pension has also become clear.

HOW MUCH IS THE LOWEST PENSION IN 2025?

Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced that the lowest pension has been increased to 14,469 TL with a 15.75 percent raise. For retirees whose base salary is below this amount, the difference will be covered by the Treasury.

WHEN WILL THE LOWEST PENSION BE DEPOSITED INTO ACCOUNTS?

The regulation made for the lowest pension will be brought to Parliament. The regulation, which will be added to the current omnibus bill, will enter into force after being discussed in the Planning and Budget Committee, accepted by the General Assembly of Parliament, and published in the Official Gazette with the approval of President Erdoğan.

This process will take approximately 10-15 days. If the process is not completed by the 17th of the month, the January salary differences will be deposited into the retirees' accounts.

SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will receive their increased salaries between January 17-25. Retirees of the Pension Fund (Emekli Sandığı) will receive their old salaries between the 1st and 3rd of the month, and the raise differences will be deposited within the month.

New salaries have been calculated with the January 2025 raise. Here is the increased SSK and Bağ-Kur pension calculation:
