Ali Yalçın receives a base salary of 50 thousand TL from Memur-Sen and 150 thousand TL from Eğitim-Bir-Sen, totaling 200 thousand TL. With a monthly 300 thousand TL for representation, attendance fees, travel allowances, and per diems, his salary is 500 thousand TL. He cannot speak out.”

"I called to ask, 'If it wouldn't be rude, how much is your salary?', but he didn't answer," said Uçar, and continued her words as follows;
"An average of 315 TL is automatically deducted from members every month and transferred to the union account. With the latest raise, Memur-Sen's annual income has risen to 4.2 billion TL, and Eğitim-Bir-Sen's annual income has risen to 1.6 billion TL.
