The Turkish Statistical Institute has announced the construction cost index data for October. Accordingly, the index rose by 1.48 percent compared to the previous month and by 37.94 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.

LABOR INDEX INCREASED

On a monthly basis, the material index increased by 1.73 percent and the labor index by 0.98 percent. On an annual basis, the material index recorded an increase of 30.67 percent, while the labor index rose by 55.62 percent.

The building construction cost index showed an increase of 1.33 percent on a monthly basis and 39.06 percent on an annual basis.
