According to the Asal Araştırma survey, the majority of citizens want the minimum wage to be 30 thousand TL or more in 2026.

The net minimum wage applied in Turkey for 2025 is at the level of 22 thousand 104.67 TL. As is the case every year, eyes are turned to the Minimum Wage Determination Commission meetings to be held in December. The figure that will be valid for the new year will be announced as a result of the commission negotiations.

In the survey conducted by Asal Research between September 12-18 in 26 provinces, 2 thousand participants were asked the question, “In your opinion, how much should the minimum wage be in 2026?”
