According to a report by Patronlardünyası, a concordat decision was issued last year for 9 giant shopping malls, including Marmara Forum and Forum Istanbul; in the ongoing process, 40 percent of the shopping centers that fell into financial distress were sold to the Küçük family, the major partners of LC Waikiki.

It has been learned that the final stage has been reached for the sale of Marmara Forum, which was excluded from those sales transactions and is the 4th largest shopping mall in Turkey in terms of surface area, to the Artaş Group.
