According to a survey conducted by ASAL Research between November 9-17, the vast majority of participants indicated a figure between 28 thousand and 30 thousand liras regarding what the minimum wage should be.

In a survey conducted by ASAL Research between November 9-17 with 2,015 people in 26 provinces, participants were asked, “In your opinion, how much should the minimum wage be?”
47.7 percent of participants said the minimum wage should be between 28 thousand liras and 30 thousand liras.
23.4 percent of those who participated in the survey said the minimum wage should be between 31 thousand liras and 33 thousand liras.
Half of those earning minimum wage said the new figure should be between 28 thousand liras and 30 thousand liras.
