Garanti BBVA secures syndication

Garanti BBVA announced that it has secured a syndicated loan with a 367-day maturity, consisting of 259.5 million dollars and 142.5 million euros.

The total cost of the loan was realized as SOFR + 3.50 percent for the US dollar tranche and Euribor + 3.25 percent for the euro tranche.

The loan, provided with the participation of 35 financial institutions from 19 countries, will be used for the purpose of financing foreign trade.
