High-level leadership change at Coca-Cola Turkey

Gaye Narmanlı Sunerli has been appointed as the new General Manager of Coca-Cola Turkey.

A high-level leadership change has taken place at Coca-Cola Turkey.

According to the statement released by the company, Gaye Narmanlı Sunerli, who graduated from the Department of Economics in English at Marmara University and joined Procter&Gamble in 2005, has held senior positions at the company including Board Member, Commercial Marketing Director, Sales Director, and Vice President of E-commerce, Digital & Commercial Marketing.

Sunerli, who has served as the Vice President of Sales for Procter&Gamble Turkey, Caucasus, and Central Asia since 2021, began her new role as General Manager of Coca-Cola Turkey as of February 2024.

Başak Karaca, who joined the Coca-Cola family in 2018 and has served as the General Manager of Coca-Cola Turkey since 2021, has been appointed as the General Manager responsible for the Caucasus and Central Asia Region.

Karaca, who has over 25 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, completed a double major undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University following her graduation from Galatasaray High School.

Karaca, who began her career at Procter&Gamble in 1995, worked in management roles at the company's Swiss operations and its headquarters in the USA. In 2008, she moved to Yıldız Holding, where she worked in various management boards alongside senior positions.
