Home care allowance increased: Here is the new amount and payment date
Minister Göktaş announced that the Home Care Assistance has increased to 15,775 liras and that the increased payments will be deposited into the accounts of beneficiaries in August.

Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş made a statement regarding Home Care Assistance payments for fully dependent citizens cared for at home and their families. Göktaş reported that a total of 7 billion liras in payments were deposited into the accounts of beneficiaries this month.
According to the information provided by Minister Göktaş, the Home Care Assistance amount was also increased following the adjustment made to the civil servant salary coefficient in July. The assistance, which was paid as 13,878 liras per month during the January-July period, has risen to 15,775 liras with the new regulation.
Providing information on the schedule for the increased payments, Göktaş said, “With the new regulation in the July civil servant salary coefficient, Home Care Assistance has risen to 15,775 liras. The increased payments will be deposited into the accounts of beneficiaries in August.”
Reminding that Home Care Assistance has been implemented since 2006 to support disabled individuals in a family environment, Göktaş stated that as a ministry, they attach importance to disabled citizens living with their families.
Minister Göktaş stated that 516 thousand citizens currently benefit from Home Care Assistance. She expressed that with the payment made this month, the total support provided so far in 2026 has reached 48.6 billion liras.
