While the holiday mood continues in global markets, eyes this week have turned to a busy data agenda, primarily the employment report to be released in the US.
Analysts stated that while the domestic data agenda will be quiet tomorrow, factory orders, durable goods orders, and JOLTS job openings in the US, as well as the manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) in Germany and the Eurozone, and inflation in Germany will be at the forefront abroad.
Noting that the 9,200 level stands out as resistance for the index contract from a technical perspective, analysts recorded that 8,900 and 8,750 points are in the support position.
