The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey significantly increased its total reserves in the week ending February 27. According to the latest data, the Bank's gross reserves rose to the 210.3 billion dollar level with an increase of 4.2 billion dollars in one week.
Experts state that this rise in reserves could be a result of both foreign currency inflows and the rebalancing process in financial markets.
