The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) has implemented the "Candidate Pool System" to enable employers to reach qualified job candidates more quickly and effectively. In a statement made by İŞKUR, it was noted that thanks to this system, employers can view candidates with the features they need without having to open a job posting.

While the system provides significant advantages for employers, it also aims to offer more suitable job opportunities for job seekers. Employers registered with İŞKUR will be able to reach qualified candidates by filtering through criteria such as profession, education level, certificates, language skills, age, and the province of work via the system.

Employers have the opportunity to search for up to 1000 candidates per month. While the personal information of the listed candidates remains confidential within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law, the qualifications and skills of the candidates can be viewed. Preferred candidates can be assigned to pools based on their profession and contacted through İŞKUR.

After a notification message is sent stating that suitable candidates have been selected, employers will be able to see the candidates' contact information. Communication will be established with the candidate's consent. Additionally, an information email will be sent to the consultants of both parties.

All employers who do not have the status of a private employment agency can benefit from the system. However, only employers registered with İŞKUR can take advantage of the features of viewing candidate information in detail and creating pools.

While it is emphasized that this new system is an important innovation in the labor market, it was stated that employers will save time and effort, and job seekers will meet with more qualified job opportunities. İŞKUR believes that the system will contribute to the labor market and help reduce unemployment.
