Investigation into meal card companies
The Competition Authority is investigating allegations of competition violations against four companies operating in the meal card sector.

The Competition Authority has launched an investigation to determine whether four companies providing meal card services in Turkey have violated competition rules. Within the scope of the investigation, it will be examined whether Edenred Kurumsal Çözümler AŞ, Multinet Kurumsal Hizmetler AŞ, Pluxee Çalışan Deneyimi Danışmanlık ve Pazarlama Hizmetleri AŞ, and Set Kurumsal Hizmetler Ticaret AŞ have violated Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054 through practices such as collusive bidding, customer sharing, and the exchange of competitively sensitive information. This step was taken to protect competition in the sector and ensure fair trade.
