A new statement has come from the Ministry of Trade, which recently announced that export restrictions had been imposed on Israel.
In the statement made on the ministry's social media account, it was stated that the allegations circulating on social media today claiming that "exports of products under the ban to Israel are continuing" are completely false, and it was emphasized that these should not be given any credence.
The post, which recalled that the export of products included in 1019 different customs tariff statistical positions across 54 product groups to Israel has been halted by the Ministry of Trade in accordance with the state's decision, noted the following:
"Customs declaration registration procedures regarding the export of the products in question have been halted as of 09:00 on April 9, 2024. In this context, as of 09:00 on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, absolutely no export declaration registration is being permitted regarding the export of the banned products to Israel. Manipulative news content aimed at misleading the public is entirely false."
